Flooded basement, belongings strewn about , ruined ! We've only just arrived & are assessing the extent of the damage .

  Still assessing the damage . Everything is ruined. All precious photos , memorabilia , knick knacks . washer & dryer .

  All the stored clothing for next season is destroyed. Mold & mildew will soon take over. It's time to start the cleanup .

   We set aside enough items that we have a clear pathway to begin the pump out procedure. Such a loss this poor lady had.

   The power is off, knocked out by the storm.

  With things set safely aside we set the pumps in place . It took 3 pumps running for several hours to get the level down low enough to begin clearing the debris.
